What lays beneath the surface
 of a healed wound.
The upper layer seems okay
No marks, no scratches, no pain
Even toned thus, we think it's all ok
At least, so we say.

But in some cases
Pass the epidermis downwards
To the dermis and to the hypodermis.
There is something that lays deep
From the past.

It lays there stagnant
It festers it becomes septic.
You not realizing as everything on the
Outside seems ok.

But, deep within
Lays years of pain, deepest of regrets
Emense lose.
That leads to stresses, depression
You not knowing as you choose to
Suppress all over time.

You choose to try to
Forget all the mess by way
Of working your self to almost
The point of death
Because you want to forget
But beneath the surface
It's a mess as what lays
Beneath now spreads rapidly.

Increases in size
Infecting all thats around
Everything of seems fine
On the outside still.
But, deep down there is still pain all
Around.

Oblivious to whats Happening.
Over time it never gets better
As it spreads it infects
The blood around now turns to a mess.

It now reaches to your blood vessels
And to your vains.

It makes its way to your heart and to
Your brain.

Revealing all the hurt and all the past pain

It's like nothing is the same again.
