Mrs Thompson  looks around upon her classroom and,says..."i can't  believe  it!" nobody wants to show the class,how to solve the problems?"OK! " im gonna start picking on people to do it then!" she says as ,everyone  looks  around on each other. now! mostly all of her students  are very smart indeed! they  are.but the majority  of them,have a bit of stage fright! so,Just as  she's  about  to  choose someone......a thought  came across  her mind."OH! I KNOW!" she  says excitedly . let's MAKE THIS  FUN FOR EVERYONE!"  LETS HAVE A TALENT  SHOW AT THE CHALKBOARD!!" she smiles! and all of the  children  raise their  heads  up and look directly  at mrs Thompson! all the  children , she knew we're  very talented . she's  seen and heard,from the  gym class teacher ,how well they perform  too. even in the school yard during recess....she's  had opportunity  to see them in action."IF ALL AGREE...SAY  I " AND  THE WHOLE  CLASSROOM RAISES THEIR HANDS AND SAYS ...iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii....
"ok  then lets see who  will go first!" she says. "OOOO!  MEEEEEEEEE!! MRS THOMPSON" waving her hand up....was  Kisha!"ok  Kisha your up!"mrs Thompson  says. KISHA was  very  bright for her  age. she didnt really need motivation  from a talent show.she was the #1 brain in the classroom,and she knew it.mostly she's  shy and likes not to be seen.but know,she's  more thsn willing to get up in front,and show her stuff!
she goes thru the addition  and subtraction  problems systematically with a breeze.all thr childern are amazed! they whisper  among  themselves  saying..."wow  she's  smart as the teacher is" yes........kisha moore is a special  young little  girl  alright! "she finishes  her last  math problem ,and sits  down,feeling supercharged!"WELL"  says mrs Thompson." kisha! you really showed us your best today! very very very good!" LETS GIVE HER A HAND CLASS!" the entire classroom gives kisha a great applause! kisha feels  really encouraged! it makes her smile . ....because , she did  her best.
