Yes This is the most important Part of life.Since we Born we have been tought to be under pressure,and that pressure become A big Fact of life.In small child i have observed one thing that there eyes are alwys blinking,meaning that they not think too much and so they are so happy, While a young man  has no blinking of eye so much.and the reason i found is to be we young,adult,old think too much and its direct effect on our brain and life.
