Fighting the urge ..Lost under the tidal wave ...Water feels my lungs pulled under ..Chain cuffs my ankles no key to be found. Lost the sound the sounds of my cries...Tunnel of darkness ..Is this what it feels like ...Death..Being buried alive ...My anxiety at its maximum.. How can anyone argue this is normal......I can't just snap out of it until I'm released from my own worst enemy ..Myself!
