Chapter 6

Once in the forest Sarah is realizing she should have kept her shoes, it seems even darker in the forest she keeps her flashlight beam in front of her watching where she steps. She can hear crickets chirping and faint talking. Sarah hurries trying to be careful where she steps; don't want to break any twigs to cause unneeded noise. She gets a little deeper and shuts her flashlight off, up ahead there is a fire with a tent set up, the light from the fire lights up the area where the tent sits it's like a 10 man tent. She grabs her hammer out of the tool belt and creeps upon the tent, careful not to step on anything but ground; she moves over by a tree next to the tent and listens, "we need to hurry Gorge or we will be dead." Says a female voice. "We have plenty of time and plus we have a gift for The Dark Lord." A deep voice says. Sarah presumes its Gorge. The Tent opens and an ugly goblin walks out of the tent, he is naked except for a cloth on his private parts. He carries a wooden bow on his back. She doesn't even think, the hammer whacks off the goblins head and the goblin falls to the ground. "Gorge, what happened?" The other goblin walks out and sees Gorge laying on the ground bleeding from his skull. "Wha-" the hammer came down against the goblin's nose shattering it and sending her to the ground as well. She ran and opened the tent, inside laying down sleeping was Stacy. Sarah ran to her and said, "Stacy wake up, wake up Stacy." Stacy opened her eyes and gave Sarah a huge hug. "I want to go home, I'm scared," Stacy said with tears running down her cheeks. Sarah looks at her sadly and says "we are going home Sarah, I promise you." The female goblin starts laughing, she's sitting up holding her monstrous nose. She says "Look at your legs girl, you are marked... You will never get off this Island, there waiting for you!" Sarah looks at her angrily. "Whos looking for us?" The goblin gives another laugh and says "The Merfolk!"
