I was never known by anyone, no one knew me or anything I was. I didn't make my self known, or care if someone did notice that I was there. At least that's how I used to be, I was known to be quite and loud, shy and not, nice and mean. Then she came into my life and held me and told me that everything would be ok. I felt safe, for the first time I felt safe I felt like her arms were the world. She became my bff but I always wanted more... Then he came into my life, he told me that he didn't care about my past he cared about me. We never hugged, he never held me because he knew that I like her... One day she asked him out, the 2 I trusted, and cared for, but I put my happiness aside for them. He talked to me every day and every night making my sad life a little better. Never did I tell him that I was wishing for her to realize that I liked her. I told him all my secrets he told me his, we helped each other. Then one day she came up to me and told me she wanted to be more then bff's. My heart sunk at that moment and I felt safe again and in the heat of the moment asked if she would be my girlfriend. Right to the side of me was the guy I trusted and who trusted me... He packed his stuff and walked away, I rushed to him hoping he wasn't mad. He gave me the happiest smile he could, I knew he was a little hurt, but with a swift breath he said "I'll be ok, I mean I'll die one day and no one will remember me!" I grabbed him and told him it's not true, that I would care. He nodded and said "I know your the only family I have left! Your my bff and I trust you. Keep her safe and I won't have a problem. I'll die and no one will have to suffer with me around!" I grabbed him and told him that I felt safe near them both and without them I wouldn't be there. He grabbed my shoulder and laughted telling me that he would keep us protected! 10 years later... I walk down the white carpet looking at the pews and only seeing him there. I took her hands and she kissed mine. The pastor talked and came up to the big question "Do you, Nicole take Jordis to be your wife?" I told him yes with the biggest smile I could possibly put up. She, when asked, Replied the same way, hugging me after the kiss I felt the way I did when she told me that night, "I'll be here, no matter what!" I felt safe, I felt my lungs breathe, she and I turned to see Taylor in the pews shouting for us. With a smile he knew that for once in my life I felt happy!
