   Wtf? How does this happen, 13 siblings were living in horrid conditions. Being handcuffed to furniture, and malnourished. The 17-year-old finally escaped and called 911. 
   The authorities went into their home and discovered that only 7 of the 13 are under 18. So 6 of these kids are adults, wow!!!
   I just don't know, news stories like this just blow my mind. I hope they get the justice they deserve and can have good lives.
