CONTINUATION 3
They were about to write their mock exams( written to test and prepare them for the final exams)in the school just about a week to the final exams. After the exams the results were pasted, the whole school was in shock!........mummers all over " Amina had the 3rd position, what is happening, now that they are about to write their final exams", that was unusual because Amina always had the 1st position. The hope that the school had in Amina dropped a bit but the school authority failed to find out why she was dropping in performance. The school authority was poor in action when it comes to caring for student's emotional problems especially the time that the head of the school who was so much interested in Amina's education travelled outside the country to be back in two weeks time. Aside from that, if you performed well as a student, it means you study henceforth you are a serious student but if you don't perform well, it means you don't study. The teachers had a notion that, as a child, you don't have any worries because your Guardian does everything for you.
Five days to the final exams, the students were asked to pay their PTA ( parents-teachers association ) dues before they will be allowed to take part in the exams, already,Amina was owing the school for the last two terms dues. Amina went home, saw the condition at home, she knew her mother cannot pay for the dues and now that her father was very sick, her mother couldn't make any sail from the yam because, she had to stay at home and take care of him. The following day, Amina couldn't go to extra classes because she had to go to the market and sell the yam just so she could pay her PTA dues, three days went by, Nima didn't see Amina in extra classes so she decided to go over to Amina's house after the class. Upon reaching Amina's house, Nima had to wait for Amina's return from the market as a result, she had to skip a meeting her father organised to introduce her to an important person who will be going back to the states the next day.
When Amina returned, Nima was able to convince her to tell her what was happening, Nima was in tears as she listens to what Amina was going through and she promised to help her pay the dues forgetting that her parents by now are so disappointed in her for not showing up for the meeting. 
Nima run to her dad upon reaching home forgetting how furious her parents will be after disgracing them by not showing up for the meeting, before Nima could mention Amina's name, her father shut her off looking very angry and scary " you are trying to become stubborn, how dare! you disobey my orders, what were you doing outside! You just lost a great opportunity! Go to your room now!" Nima run to her room and started crying, she knew then that her parents were disapointed in her because that was the first time she saw her father so angry and shouted on her. Nima knew then that she cannot mention Amina's issue to her parents, that was the wrong time to do that nor to talk of requesting for extra money but she also promised Amina to help pay the PTA dues. What now?
