Only wondering if tomorrow if she'll be headstrong and not insecure. Could it be much better? At the school parking lot. Jaime: Babe, are you still trying out for the football team? Xavier: I don't know. Maybe. Coach says our grades need to be "Lit" Like if he knows the actual meaning of "lit" Soon once the week would be over in a couple of days the football team would already be hosting tryouts. So once the middle of September has been reached they will have their best players. And it all depended on their behavior and grades. Sometimes the coach would be desperate and get the best players even if they have neither good grades or behavior. Jaime: What a mean coach. Not all grades will define your skills. Xavier: I may be on the football team, but then I may need a tutor. Xavier looks at Jaime with a recognizable smile. Jaime: Don't worry babe, I will give you the best tutorial you will ever have. But there is a price... Xavier: Oh don't worry I got that covered... Jaime: Oh really? So you'll spend all weekend with me? Xavier jerks away. He obviously can't spend some time with her on the weekend because plans had already been set. Hanging out with his dawgs was all there was. Jaime: So you have other plans? Xavier: Yeah sorry baby, but is there anything else you want? I mean I can still make most of my time with you in tutor. Jaime frowns. All this time she really wanted to spend some time with her new bf. Guess that's going to be on hold. Xavier: Okay I see you're a bit mad but ay I promise you I'll hit you up next week. Jaime rolls her eyes and nods. Jaime: You promise? Xavier: I promise. Ay the bell had rang. Welp time for class. Gotta have in some attendance, too. They both went inside the building then soon came along Dashon and Sharrod. As another girl who thought they were together was waiting for him to show there would soon be another argument. Meanwhile Casey and Pipa had just approached. Pipa had seen Dashon and Haven both arguing and Sharrod just witnessing whatever was being put to action. Casey: Isn't that a simpleton. Even Haven had thought that whatever was between them was something special. Like I said, you don't wanna be like them. Pipa nodded. Sharrod and her had soon accidentally made eye contact. Her cheeks turned red and she hurried up inside. Knowing that he would tell Dashon how much of a weirdo she was. Even if she told herself she wasn't going to think or care about him anymore she still did care of what he thought of her. So soon she ignored the though of him which was really difficult, but she made it to sixth period in an 'okay' shape. Especially since she only has Dashon for eighth period. But one thing that brought down that good deal of confidence was bumbing into Sharrod. The one she had accidentally made eye contact with. Even more so it had became troublesome. He ended up sitting next to her. Her?! Out of all the hot girls including Riley he had to sit next to her. Good thing this period was theatre arts. Bad thing was the period is double block. Meaning they would spend another forty five minutes together. So far enough they hadn't said anything to each other. Forty five minutes later... Ms. Hughes: Well now that 6th period is over we'll be heading over to drama. Sharrod snickers. Ms. Hughes looks into his direction and smiles. Pipa still keeping her eye on the board and not Ms. Hughes. Ms. Hughes: Is there anything you'd like to add Mr. White? Everyone turn their attention towards Sharrod and Pipa. This made her feel a bit uncomfortable. But in a way she chuckled. Hearing that Sharrod's last name was 'White' was odd. Even though he was African\American with a last name like that was funny. Ms.Hughes: Good. Now can we get on with the remainder of our day? Sharrod nods and a few others giggle. Pipa took a deep breath. As forgetting on who was on the side made everything seem a bit unpleasant. She had forgotten that Riley was still playing musical chairs at the beginning of class. She was hoping there was no possible beef between them, but since they weren't ever friends Pipa was sure to keep her distance. Only Jaime had those kind of ties with popular girls in school. She had probably wanted to sit close to the front so she can be with some of her friends...if that were the case. Ms. Hughes: We'll be going into our acting first unit first for a few major reasons. One: To prepare you on upcoming events. This class all together will all have a role. Two: Everyone will need great performance levels when your semester exams come, but that's two weeks after your Christmas break so don't worry. So what we're going to be starting with now is some acting roles. I will pass out some scripts to you. These will start our unit on drama. Ms. Hughes passed out a script to each student. Every individual would do with the same topic as a few other scripts and others would have other topics. Pipa took a look at her script. It had dealt with romance: Hime and Keiren's Difference. The story included a demure girl and a jock who had bumped into each and soon went into an intimate relationship. Ms. Hughes: Once you know your script gather with others that may do with the same title. And then find a spot in the room and start practicing. Make sure you are the character that you've been assigned to. No changing characters. You may begin. Everyone had gotten up from their seats and started gathering into groups. Pipa looked at her script again. It seems she played Hime. One of the main characters and also a girl diagnosed with cancer. She wondered who played as Keiren, so she looked around. The fact that Sharrod was looking into his script surprised her. Then soon Riley approached him. Riley: Looks like we both have the same story. 'Hime and Keiren's difference' Pipa widened her eyes in shock. Sharrod: Yeah, looks like I'm playing Keiren. You must be playing Maddie Hopkins. Keiren's ex girlfriend. Riley: True that. Say, haven't you found your group, Pipa? Pipa slowly turned to Sharrod and Riley. Both of them staring at her. Sharrod takes a glimpse at her paper and smiles back at her. Sharrod: Looks like you're playing my 'new girlfriend character'. Riley looks at her still giving her the innocent smile only that there might not be so much of an innocence behind it...
