Kalasten is a 13 year old girl, all alone with her mother. Her mother was broke at the time. But she asked " mommy what are you going to buy me for Christmas. In a calm voice" Kala we can't  afford it. Her mother  said,  Kalasten knew Christmas was not her mother's thing but her mother  promise. Before chistmas Kala ran out of the house and went to the library. Kala found a book about saint Nicolas ( Santa)  it took 2 hours to finish the book. Kalasten ran but  fell on the way.  A old man walked by and helped her up and he said " did you know Jesus was not born on chistmas we don't  know when he was born and Jesus is not god son. Chistmas is what we celebrate everyday and we should be thankful some people have no food or are homeless. Chistmas is not real. But merry Christmas".  Kalasten smiled and ran home. She hugged her mother  hard and said I love you
