There was a girl who was named after her grandmother, Luna. She was in a hospital with her mom and dad but she had no friends to play with. She got picked on cause of how tiny she was, but she had powers of snow. She didn't know she had the powers. Then on her 11th birthday she discovered that she had the power to turn stuff into snow. Then she made snow into ice and she made some friends.
