Agony personified inside my mind.

Future trappings, so fatally designed.

Peace stolen, in a moment of weakness. 

The truth is spilling free...dare I speak this?

Can't contain this wretched horror.

Fever raising in a terrible fervor.

Memories eroding, just flashing by.

Time is imploding, as I scream "Why?" to the never-ending sky.

Can't you no longer remain?

Leave me here! I'm already insane! 

Voices, like a treasure, I'm holding in.

Demons surrounding me...I can't let them win!

Torment scanning the surrounding terrain.

Has all my madness been in vain?

A chorus of deceit, wrecking my brain.

Alas, I'm defeated, torn, and so very slain.
