*part 8 of "Reina Leona" story*


I know that you're hurting, I'm hurting too,
I thought you knew me, but it's obvious you have no clue.
You said she's a fake, a put together person,
were you trying to fool me? Tell me, what's your reason?
You said you wouldn't hurt me, would never make me cry,
said you'd always protect me, was that all a lie?
I still don't understand it, why you wanna make me blue,
is it so wrong, is it a crime for me to be loving you?
You said that I'm your soulmate, that I belong with you,
do you really believe that? Is all that really true?
Forgive me for questioning but these answers I now seek,
coz you got my head all spinning and so now my heart will speak.
I've never played you, misled you or messed with your head,
neither did I toy with your heart or used any bait.
All I wanted was to be there for you,
to help make your journey a lot easier to go through.
But you don't see it that way,
seem to think I'm only here to play,
so you slap me with silence,
tell me, is this your strategy to make me go away?
I wrote you something a long time ago and you shoved it in my face,
so understand this poem of mine and work your way back to your place.
I haven't given up on us though I'm pissed and very sore,
coz I still believe in you and me, and all that we've been gunning for.
