I don't care that I'm diffrent 
It doesn't matter if I'm black or white
Or whether I wear the latest fashion 
What really matters is.... me.

I don't care that I'm diffrent 
That I'm transgender 
Does that make me a bad person
Or the fact I wear some old pair of jeans.

If I was gay what would you say to me 
That diffrence matters
Or the fact you simply don't want to hang out any more.
Because I'm diffrent.

I don't care that I'm diffrent 
What I care about is what poeple think 
The hatrid in their eyes when they look at you
The way they look up and down at you 
Infront of your face 
What really matters is .... me

I dont care that I'm diffrent 
That I'm over weight
Sure I want to do something about it 
But do you have a right to say 

Diffrene shouldn't matter
But it seems to 
Every where you look poeple are judging you
You feel their eyes stinging on the back  your head
You  feel embarrassed as you look down at your battered pair of  shoes

Diffrence shouldn't matter 
All the matters is the love you give your self and the others around you.
You treat others with the same respect you want back.
