Ch 13- Good And Bad

I awoke in my bed as I sat up I noticed it was dark outside I hear my friends talking about some carnival that was happening tonight in the town square.

"Please father let me go" Meredith asked Brooklyn gave in then pause and spoke 

"Perhaps this will be fun for all of us" Brooklyn said.

"You can't be serious a human carnival Cassie can barely hold it together" Enzo said

"Thanks for the vote of confidence Enzo" I said appearing in the red dress Adrian had gotten for me.

"Okay lets all go" Isaac said Amy and Grace took hold of Romeo and Enzo's arm and walked off with an excited Damien by their side along with Raphael who seemed to dislike Damien in every way.

"Lucifer aren't you coming?" I asked 

"Human parties and events are not my scene young Cassie" he replied

"Salem is also going to stay here with me" Lucifer said.

Eve lead me towards the carnival "It's so beautiful the lights come on Dallas let's go on some of the rides" she asked taking his arm Dallas gave in.

Adrian tried to get my attention but I was just happy seeing Kato and Isaac spending some quality time together.

Adrian passed me a stuffed toy it was a black wolf I smiled at him then took it "Look what I said before was out of line I still love you whether you're a human or a Vampire and being sired to Lucifer doesn't change what kind of person you are" Adrian explained.

We walked hand in hand around the carnival and I felt Adrian grip my arm.

"Adrian what's wrong?" I asked

"We need to find the others there are hunters here" Adrian said I helped him stand as we walked.

We found Kato and Isaac first along with Brooklyn and Meredith.

"We need to go now hunters are here" Adrian whispered.

"OK Brooklyn get Meredith,Cassie,Kato and Adrian out of her I'll find the others" Isaac said.

Brooklyn nodded and was about to portal us back to his place when a screeching sound could be heard as it was getting louder.

"Cassie what's happening Romeo and Enzo's just dropped they were complaining about a noise we managed to get them to safety Damien's with them?"Amy said.

We watched as hunters grabbed and injected everyone who went down "Let's find the others" Cassie said.

Amy,Grace and Meredith helped Cassie take Kato,Isaac and Adrian as well as Brooklyn to Damien's location.

"How are you still standing little one?" Romeo asked.

"I'm not sure" I replied 
"They are taking the supernaturals to the town church they are going to set it on fire" Grace said.

"We think Raphael,Dallas, Blade, Eve and Daryl got caught by the hunters?" Damien said.

"Dam it get them away from here back to the safe house I'll handle this" I said.

Isaac grabbed hold of my arm "You can't go up against the Circle they are an élite group of Hunters who have been around for some time let me go with you" Isaac said.

"No your hurt you all need to go now I can hear a few of the hunters coming" I said 

Brooklyn managed to make them disappear I stood there by myself just as one of the hunters appeared he was young and good-looking "Miss you need to get out of here come with me you will be safe" he said extending his hand to me.

I just walked with him "What's happening?" I asked

"The Circle the organisation were I'm from managed to create a device to put down all Supernatural creatures i'm Eastwood by the way" he said.

"Eastwood we are ready to begin" A teenage girl said now standing in front of us 

"Thank You Ontari" he said as he followed her I could hear the supernaturals screams I used the roofs to jump on keeping low just in case any hunters saw me.

After the hunters had set off the device they had all left I jumped down to look at it 5 minutes to destruction it read.

Cassie went inside to see many of the Supernaturals on the floor in pain or sat up now Eve was curled in Dallas's arms they were the first two I found "We need to get you out of here" I said.

"Cassie how come the noise didn't affect you?" Dallas asked

"I have no idea now where are Raphael, Daryl and Blade?" I asked looking at my watch which I had placed on countdown it now read three minutes.

"They were placed in the cellar underneath the church we have to go Cassie" Eve said trying to direct me out of the building.

"Get yourself back to Brooklyn's the others are there I'm not leaving until i've saved the others" I said.

"Be careful " Dallas said 

"Always" I replied as I left for the cellar and found many supernaturals broken and bruised I found Raphael, Daryl and Blade they seemed to be able to stand okay "We need to get going now" I said glancing at my watch it read 1 minute.

I flitted them all out of the way of the explosion that had now took place we went back to Brooklyn's once back Cassie, Lucifer and Salem made sure the others rested.

Lucifer seemed happy to see me "You okay?" he asked 

I nodded then noticed Kato and Isaac's eyes go red as they looked at Damien I stood in front of Damien keeping a close eye on the pair of them as they circled us both.

Lucifer grabbed Isaac and flung him against the wall Kato jumped on Lucifer and placed his hands around his neck.

"Kato stop this" I said Kato looked at me then sent Lucifer and Salem out of the open window and went to check on Isaac who was now to his feet.

While trying to deal with Kato and Isaac it seemed Romeo and Enzo were on edge as well and tried to attack Amy and Grace "Stop this it's not who you are" I said looking at the pair of them as everyone now looked at me Meredith quickly got a bow and arrow and shot it through Kato's shoulder since he bit Damien he fell to the ground.

Isaac went over to him and fed him his blood and then looked up he was back "Amy, Grace and Meredith take Damien to the hospital down the road ill be with you shortly" Brooklyn said getting to his feet.

Lucifer and Salem were nowhere to be seen "Were sorry for scaring you" Isaac said

"It's okay" I said then I heard a laugh that I never wanted to hear again it was from Castillo but he was dead why am I hearing dead people especially the maniac ones.

"You know what you did was incredibly stupid and brave coming to rescue us?" Eve said sitting down next to me.

"I know but i've lost too many people as it is" I explained.

Eve rested her head in Cassie' lap she looked at her then spoke "Aren't you scared that I will lose control?" Cassie asked.

Eve shook her head and spoke "You know control better than anyone here how many people have you actually killed since becoming a vampire?" she asked.

"Only one Tyler he did deserve it though" Cassie replied.

"Isaac there's one thing I don't get I spoke with one of the Hunters after you left at the carnival and he didn't spot I was supernatural why is that?" Cassie asked.

"Still trying to figure that one out myself Biscuit" Isaac said as he made sure Kato was okay.
