Ch6-Goodbye for now

As everyone all gathered in the living room, Cassie felt uneasy she felt sick at the thought of vampires coming after her and her family she fell down on to one of the chairs.

"So what's the plan Lord Isaac?" Isabella asked Isaac thought for a moment then spoke

"We need to all split up and go down different paths that way it will be harder for the Royals to find Cassandra" Isaac said.

"Isaac you do realise that the Royals will be expecting you and Kato to be with the girl let us help" Faith said.

"No one is going to die for me is that clear?" Cassie said.

Everyone turned to look at her Isaac took her face in his hands and spoke "Technically we are already dead little one and nothing is going to happen to you" he said kissing her forehead.

Kato and Isaac both shared the same look then Isabella spoke

"Isaac and Kato we will keep Cassie safe both me and Faith will" Isabella said.

"We do trust you but if something happens to you both who else does Cassie have?" Kato asked

"I'll go with them" Adrian said Raphael also agreed to go with them.

Isaac nodded then spoke "Adrian take care of Cassandra contact me if you run into problems" Isaac said Adrian nodded.

"We best get going little one we will take the Mercedes" Adrian said collecting Cassie's things and placing them in the car boot she found it hard to say goodbye always had done she hugged the others who hugged her back.

"Kato we also need to part ways for now" Isaac said

"No way I'm not leaving your side" Kato replied.

Isaac smiled at him but ignored him and gave out his orders and who was going on the run with who.

"Blade, Daryl and Dallas go with Kato keep him safe and Enzo, Noah and Romeo with me" Isaac said.

Kato kissed Isaac who kissed him back their bodies clashed in a moment of passion "Whatever happens you must not come back here until the Royals are dead I'll have to dig up a few of my old contacts to help us out" Isaac said.

"If they hurt you nothing is going to keep me away" Kato replied that was the last time Cassie saw them as she got into the Mercedes as she sat in the back with Isabella and Faith Raphael sat in the front with Adrian.

"How are you doing?" Raphael asked looking in the mirror to meet my gaze as we had already set off into the distance.

"I'm just scared everyone is risking their life's for me if these Royals are as dangerous as everyone says we are all most likely dead if they catch up with us" Cassie said sadly.

"Look Cassie you can't think like that were vampires we are semi immortal almost nothing can kill us except a few items like wooden stakes, or the Royals and then vervain can weaken us" Adrian said as he made a sharp turn left.

Cassie saw her friends outside going into their favourite hang out place Adrian pulled up the car and parked in the car park and spoke "Go say goodbye to your friends" he said Cassie got out of the car and headed into the small diner.

"Hey girl how are you?" Damien asked.

"I need to speak to all three of you it's important I don't have much time" Cassie said.

Cassie sat down and started to explain that her family have had to split due to bad people trying to kill her.

"So I guess this is goodbye for now then?" Grace asked.

"Afraid so but please take care of yourself and know that I'll be fine Raphael is coming with me and my brother Adrian" Cassie said.

Cassie quickly hugged Grace, Amy and Damien then left looking back quickly then disappearing through the door and got back into the Mercedes.

"We need to speed up and get further away from here the Royals just got to our family home" Adrian said.

Cassie looked horrified and took a sip of water as Adrian drove faster "We need to go back and help them there are family" Cassie said Adrian looked at her in the mirror then spoke "Cassie you're the most important now I promised Isaac I would keep you safe we can't go back" Adrian said.

Cassie went to open one of the doors but being a vampire Raphael knew what was coming and swapped places with Isabella at the lights and took hold of both my hands.

"Isaac, Romeo, Noah and Enzo will be fine" Raphael said.

Back at our family home the Royals now had Isaac, Romeo, Noah and Enzo circled and out numbered.

"Where is that Bitch I wont ask nicely a second time?" Lucifer asked directing his question to Isaac who looked up at him trying to bite back a response that crossed his mind and spoke "She's not here and I would watch your mouth Lucifer?" Isaac answered.

Lucifer appeared by Isaac and grabbed his face in his hands "Tell me where she is or I'll have Salem and the other Royals hunt down your little pet Kato so which is it going to be Isaac?" Lucifer asked.

Salem and the others roughed up Noah and Romeo using their fangs and sharp nails Enzo tried to protect them both but was chained to one of the chairs.

Romeo and Noah had blood dripping from their mouths and looked bruised "Lucifer I refuse to play your twisted games I'm not going to betray either Kato or Cassandra" Isaac said angrily.

"Just you lot wait till we capture that human girl" Salem said.

"Your not going to touch her" Noah said bravely facing Salem head on Lucifer smiled.

"That's unfortunate because we have to go with plan B then" Lucifer said signalling for Salem to pass Noah over too him who looked fragile almost like a small child since he was the youngest vampire in Isaac's coven.

"Please Lucifer do what you like to me just let them go Noah, Romeo and Enzo don't deserve to die" Isaac said.

Lucifer thought about it then twisted Noah's neck and staked him causing Romeo and Enzo to fight back against Lucifer and the other Royals Isaac stopped them he too was angry at what he had just whitnessed.

"So who else is going to fucking die tonight?" Salem asked

"Alright that's enough you want to know were the girl is she's with Adrian" Isaac said.

Salem looked into Isaac's eyes to see if he was telling the truth "Isaac's telling you the truth boss it makes sense her protector can see visions of the future after all so he can sense us coming from miles away we can't touch her" he said.

"For now we can't touch her we will just have to draw her back here" Lucifer said laughing now as him and Salem bid farewell with their followers.

After they had left Isaac scooped Noah up in his arms tears beginning to form in his eyes he tried to stay strong for Enzo and Romeo.

"I'm so sorry I promise you they will pay for what they did to you" he said

Enzo and Romeo were upset about their fallen brother as the three of them gave Noah a send off and burned his body outside in the garden.

Kato sat bolt up in the small hotel room on the bed "Did anyone else feel that pain Noah's dead I can't feel him here any more?" Kato said.

"I felt it too damn it something must have gone down I hope Adrian managed to get Cassie to safety and not have been followed" Blade said.

"Noah died because Isaac didn't give up the location of you Kato or Cassandra" Dallas said bitterly

"You bastard" Daryl said tossing something at Dallas which he dodged.

"Dallas is right Isaac should have told them were they could of found me" Kato said getting upset now Daryl draped an arm around Kato who rested his head on his chest.

Blade's phone went off and he saw Adrian's phone number he answered it "Are you all ok we just heard off Isaac the news about Noah it just isn't right" Adrian said.

"We are surviving and is Cassie ok?" Blade asked.

"Cassie's a mess now she blames herself for Noah's death she wishes Isaac had given her location away" Adrian replied.

"Let me talk to her" Kato said Blade passed the phone to Kato who took it Adrian let Cassie have the phone.

"Cassie it's not your fault do you hear me?" Kato said

"It is I need to give myself up or they will never stop going after the people I love" Cassie said crying.

"Cassie we all care about you your Isaac's daughter you will always come first to him so don't you dare give up" Kato said Cassie agreed to keep going and passed the phone back to Adrian.

"Keep us updated and stay safe brother" Kato said.

"You too we will see you soon" Adrian replied.

Cassie had ordered a few pizza's she gave the money to the delivery guy and sent him on his way "I never understood what humans got out of ordering food when they could just go catch it themselves?" Faith asked.

Raphael sat next to Cassie as he helped himself to a slice of pizza she watched him then smiled "Do I have something on my face?" Raphael asked.

Cassie just nodded and wiped the sauce from around his mouth and started to eat Adrian, Isabella and Faith ate then both Raphael and Cassie noticed Isabella and Faith had fallen asleep along with Adrian.

"I thought vampires didn't sleep?" Cassie asked

"Not usually but if we are going to be moving from place to place and staying one step ahead of the Royals we need our strength" Raphael said.

Raphael lay next to Cassie on one of the beds "Cassie I do love you I just want to make sure you want this between us" he said.

Cassie looked at him and spoke "Raphael I love you you're the worst vampire around due to being incredibly dorky but your amazing and I wouldn't have you another way" Cassie announced snuggling closer to him.
