My name is Amaria Crinson. I am 14 years old and live on The East side of Parker Hill. My best friend Lizzie Yor lives on the South side and Mr.Bentley lives on the East side. On the West side is the infamous Parker Hill House. 
     75 years ago Robert L Morrison said that he was going to built the most spectacular house Parker has and ever will see right on the top West side  of Parker Hill were everyone could see it. It took about 2 years to built the magnificent 3 story mansion. By the time he had finished the house though he was obsessed with it. When his wife Maria, daughter MaryAnne and his son ( whose name was forgotten ) moved into the house he told them to be very careful not to mess up the house in any way, especially the foreyor. The foreyor was with out a do it the most beautiful part of the house. It had very eligant, detail trim work with beuatiful hand painted walls and ceiling. The floor was proboly the most beautiful part of the room though. He worried them all to be especially careful when they were in there. About two months later Mrs. Morrison let the cooks have the day off and she was cooking lunch in the kitchen. While she was cooking she dropped a heavy pan on the floor and she dented it. Mr. Morrison was so mad when he saw the dent that he would not let Mrs. Morrison eat lunch, slapped her, and then dragged her to the attached green house and locked her in there until a maid found her there 4 hours later. After that they were especially cautious not to mess up the house. As kids usually do though MaryAnne and her brother were playing tag in the house  about 2 weeks later and as MaryAnne was chasing her brother acrossed the foreyor she scuffed the floor. She was terrified at what her father would do to her. Her brother told her not to worry about it because she was only 13 so he wouldn't be to rough on her. So when Mr. Morrison got home MaryAnne was waiting for him. she told him that when she and her brother were playing in the foreyor she acidentaly scuffed the floor. Mr.Morrison flew into a blind rage and started screaming at MaryAnne. He grabbed her by her collar and draged her up the stairs. When he got to the second floor Mrs.Morrison came out of her room crying yelling at her husband to let her go. Ignoring his wife Mr.Morrison went the whole way up the house to the houses tower and threw MaryAnne out the window. Upon seeing this Mrs.Morrison lock him in the tower then rushed off to find a maid to go get the police. Mean while the son was very mad at his father and that he did that to his sister. He was in to the curses and voodoo stuff so he cursed the house. When ever another girl scuffed the floor they would suffer the same fate as MaryAnne had. Now he didn't know if the curse worked no one did until 45 years later when the Dramie family moved in. The family consisted of Travis and Margret and their 3 kids Ben, Amanda, and Olivia. Now it just so happens that Amanda and my mom, Nancy, were good friends. Everyone in Parker new about the curse including Amanda and her family. Despite this they moved into the Parker Hill house because they out grew their 2 bedroom house. Even though she didn't believe in curses Amanda was stil cautious because my mom and her whole family are very superstitious. 
   After living in the house for close to 5 years Amanda started to become less and less cautious about not scuffin the floor. Then it happened Amanda scuffed the floor while trying to beat Nancy into the house. Amanda laughed it off be Nancy was terrified for her friend. Amanda told her not to worry about it but my mom still did. She ended up going home because she couldn't compose her self enough to stay and play. Later that same night Amanda was playing with her little sister, Oliva, around 7:55. When 8:00 came around Oliva recalls watching Amanda go into a trance and walk to the third floor tower. She says that Amanda just stood there by the window for about a minute then she screamed and fell out the window. Oliva started bawling and crying Amanda's name. She blindly stumbled down the stairs (she broke her arm on the fall down) to her parents room. By the time they woke up and called the amblenace Amanda was already dead. The police came and investigated the scene but found no evidence or any reason why she would jump out the window. Although every one in  Parker new that it was the curse and it was real.
