I've seen your pain behind your smile
I've seen the tears behind your laughter
I've seen the worst about you
Behind the strength that radiates upon you.

I won't forget the day when I saw you fell
I've tried to catch you, but never had the chance
I've chose to stay beside you
But you pushed me away, far away from you.

I made myself promise not to leave you
I made a vow to the people who knows you
I gave it all for my best shot
But you never cared, never did.

People around us thought I am insane to stay still
They say I'm a martyr, and you don't care
It hurts to hear the truth
But all I can do is to play deaf with my eyes shut.

I took a glance at your back
You said it will be the last, you bid goodbye
I've waited for those three sweet words, but all I see now is your mirage
That's slowly fading and the tears that keeps on falling.
