It curls in my stomach
It wraps around my head
Tightening around my chest
It makes me want to be dead

But I don't feel it
No I don't feel it at all
I don't feel anything
Just the pain in my skull

Everyone says
It's all in my head
They say it's not real
"You don't need the meds!"

But it's always there 
An old friend I know well
Where I should feel anything



There is nothing at all
