Dear Anxiety, You have infiltrated my mind, You know every flaw in my design. You have stripped me down, naked to the bone, because my body is no longer my own. You affect my relationship, anxiety, You know that’s unfair. This is mine to have, not ours to share. You have replaced the warmth in my soul, With your constant demand for control. You put voices in my head, making me crave my bed. When you squeeze my chest this tight, It’s like you’re trying to take my life. People don’t understand you, I just wish they knew. That the fear and the panic, just comes from you.
