Let's use our imagination and go back in time

Luke 2:1-5
[1]And it came to pass in those days, that there went out a decree from Caesar Augustus, that all the world should be taxed.
[2](And this taxing was first made when Cyrenius was governor of Syria.)
[3]And all went to be taxed, every one into his own city.
[4]And Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judaea, unto the city of David, which is called Bethlehem; (because he was of the house and lineage of David:)
[5]To be taxed with Mary his espoused wife, being great with child.
Now here we are.
Joseph has no car, there no busses or trains, no planes either
He does not have a choice, he must make the trip.
And Mary is pregnant
(I have been pregnant and in the last trimester you don't want to travel.
You ache your uncomfortable and the last thing you want to do is ride a donkey through Rocky desert area.)
But Mary had to go.
So it will be a long hard travel to Bethlehem.

For them just to log on.
The trip from Nazareth to Bethlehem was hard.
But it was also part of God's plan.
See Jesus the son of God had to be born in Bethlehem.
Cause God's word and promises to David and Micah the messiah will be born in the city of David.
Question
How far are you willing to trust God?
How deep is your faith?
This Christmas is it the virgin birth, or the secular celebration you looking forward to?
Have you ever thought thank God Joseph and Mary were willing to believe the angel that God sent to them.
This Christmas take a little time to make sure that you don't get lost in the receiving of blessings
And you become a blessing to someone.
This Christmas take time to be Jesus to someone who needs it.
