All of my life you have given to me
The most precious gifts I would ever need.

You taught me things like right and wrong.
When times were bad, you made me strong.

Counting on you from morning to night
I always knew you would help me do right.

A shoulder to cry on brought me through
Many sad times when I was oh so blue.

From birth to being on my very own
My confidant and mentor I’ve known

Forever grateful I will surely be
For all the love you have given to me
