#323 TODAY TURNING 60 Read Count : 106

Category : Poems

Today, turning sixty,
I’m proud to admit.
I earn every wrinkle
On my face that I git.

My legs may get weary
They keep me going slow,
But there’s no need to hurry
Now as long as I can still go.

As I head into the future,
I’m anxiously looking to see
Each day is a blessing that
I thank God for giving me.
