My Seafood And Pasta Indonesian-inspired Recipe

Ingredients: pasta (spaghetti or linguine) (whole wheat, gluten-free, or regular) garlic onion fresh cilantro stems (leaves are added after since they can't withstand cooking) sesame oil (or roasted sesame seeds if going for healthier, does lose the oily coagulating aspect) Shrimp or mussels or both or neither Slice garlic. Cut onions sliced, then quartered slices. Chop cilantro stems and save leaves. Sautee all in pan with choice of seafood (in choice of cooking oil). Boil pasta until ready (al dente). Strain pasta, then mix with sauteed items and add sesame oil and cilantro leaves to taste.
