Another day in the life of a gym rat.
That guy who you may think it's part of the staff in your local gym.
That guy who expends so much time in the gym, even the janitor knows his name.
Does he have a Life out side the gym?
Probably a loner.
But no, he is much more than that.
He has a purpose, he is motivated to climb the top of the hill. He wants to claim his spot on the top, but doesn't want to just get there, he wants to build his house right there.
He has started his journey, it's been a long way, since he picked up that issue of muscle magazine.
He started a journey without knowing the details, tricks, cheats to it. 
He just wanted to look like the guy on the magazine.
Who is this gym rat?
A chubby kid full with insecurities?
maybe, but as the years pass, he has managed to build some muscle...to be continued
