THROUGH THE EYES OF A CHILD

Do you remember when you were
just a small and excited child,
How you looked forward to Christmas 
that it took such a long, long while?

And do you remember when you came
down stairs and into the big room,
A Christmas tree that greeted you and
the packages you couldn’t open too soon?

Let’s all remember this Christmas
the glow of a child’s face,
And share the joy with others 
without a moments haste.
