SELF HELP_ •For messed up social media users. Where your account is filled with suicidal,sad quotes. The practical thing you can do to make yourselves feel better is delete that account. (THIS IS IMP) Imagine a drug addict. He wants to recover. Even if he puts aside all those drugs. To recover on that place where he used to be a drug addict is hard. Isn't it? He has to go in drug rehabilitation centre for proper care.Now imagine yourself like that. It's okay. You can imagine some loss of likes. But you don't have to trade your mental health with anything.Erase every way that triggers your emotions on a suicide,self harming level. Make up a new acc. Like funny pages like meme pages, animal pages, art pages etc. Put all of them in your first priority. It's okay to like movie sad fantasizing quotes but to a limit. And if you're suffering from depression. You have to get rid of them. I know, all of this cool teenage sadness makes you feel comfortable too. But it can be harmful too by settling in it. Get rid of that mess
