#299 TOO MUCH CLUTTER Read Count : 117

Category : Poems

Sub Category : N/A
Everywhere I look I’m bound
to see some clutter.
So many things I’ve saved,
it makes me want to shudder.
My shelves are full I notice
as I begin to dust.
Get rid of some of this stuff
I know I surely must.
So where do I start?
So many were gifts.
Some don’t match my decor
but seem to bring me lifts.
Looking at this or that,
so many memories come around.
It was so much fun collecting
all of this stuff I’ve found.
As I weed them out to
make some room for more,
I’m thinking of my grandchildren
who will give me more for sure.
