A poet's heart, 
A poet's heart is like, 
Like a collateral universe, 
Void with burning stars, 
Dark and empty, 
With a shining moon, 
Black with all colours fused, 

A poet's heart, 
Is like a hot cold ground, 
With fire ablaze, 
Rage at loose,
Calming storms with some booze, 

A poet's heart, 
A poet's heart is like, 
Like a bottomless pit, 
Finding love to exist, 
Its like an empty glass, 
With captive thoughts, 
And lovely nightmares, 
All mixed in harmony, 

A poet's heart is like, 
Is like a withered rose, 
Filled with thorns, 
Like a broken lyre, 
With beautiful notes, 
Expressing feels, 
With a melodious tune, 
All set in a page,

A poet's heart ,
A poet's heart is like,
Beauty at its feet, 
Like a black cloud, 
With smoky screens, 
And hazy fields, 
Never ending with sanity, 

After all its conquering fiends, 
Over thoughts, 
Easing pains with wounds, 
All scribbled in tiny puddles, 
Of little imagination, 
Is all my world, 
Which I remember.
