There once was a young angel, innocent and sweet. Until a demon grabbed hold, ripped off her wings. She struggled and cried, trying to break free. He clung tighter, having his way. He stroked her hair, wiping away her tears. He had won, filling her with fear. She flinched from his touch, she would never be the same. Her innocence stolen, he was gone quick as he came. She was broken and lost, barely alive. Her wings were gone, how would she survive? She dripped with blood, eyes vacant and body numb. The girl could cry no more, she hated what she had become. She walked through life empty and incomplete. She would never fly again, she wanted to accept defeat. Life was a joke, a cruel game for monsters. She was pawn, fooled by tricksters. Her heart grew cold, hardened like ice. She built walls, she wouldn't be used twice. She built them strong as iron, high as can be. No one could get through, she would never be free.
