Some days it’s as if I’m heading into an eddy
For my ideas others may not be ready

Then there are days of true atavism
And other days when I’m in a division

No matter what thoughts I perceive
No one am I trying to deceive

And I don’t want to be lambasted
For differences I’ve tasted

I certainly don’t express an ultimatum
If you disagree with my rule of thumb

For we all have our own inspirations
And may enjoy our own avocations
