My cursoriness can land me in a lot of trouble.
I must learn to take time in whatever I do
There is nothing worth doing in this whole world
That I should bother to do at all if I’m in a stew

Things that are dropped will get broken
Papers will blow away in a breeze
If hurrying I go without thought or care
My life will be filled with trouble, not ease

Things I do can have some panache
I don’t have to be stolid and stiff
But if a little care is taken
I won’t end up having myself in a tiff
