#433 THE TELEPHONE Read Count : 111

Category : Poems

Sub Category : N/A
The birds are sitting on the lines.
Oh the stories they could tell
Excitedly chattering back and forth,
With gusto and never a lull.

I don’t know what I’d do
Without this telephone,
For without talking to a friend
I would feel so all alone.
