My sins are forgiven the lord Jesus has said. 
I no longer feel shame while hanging my head. 

God’s love has filled me down to my soul. 
He has given me peace and has made me feel whole. 

I’m no longer in slavery and hanging in thin air 
To the things of the world for which I have no care. 

I’m not a puppet on a string with nothing to choose 
For God has given me a conscience to use. 

He is my Leader for which my heart does yearn, 
And my soul is set free for which I didn’t earn. 

Fruits of the Spirit are things for which I ask 
To do the work of the Lord, there is no better task. 

Happiness, peacefulness, quiet and calm 
Are raging in my heart welling up to a psalm. 

Singing praises of what my Lord has done for me, 
Leading me on to the perfect eternity. 

Thank You, thank You I shout from the roof top. 
And my thanking and praising will never stop. 

I’m at peace with the world and my fellow man. 
With God’s forgiveness, in line for heaven I stand
