I have been many places
Seen many things. 
Done a whole lot 
But never did I think
I'd end up dying inside
While you lay next to me
Wondering if tomorrow
Will be as bad as I think
The days have turned to nights
The ride keeps going on
I stay on the roller coaster
I'm just sitting and holding on 
But then finally one day I realize
Where all I've been
Then I turn and walk away from where I currently am.
