Cats make you smile at watching their antics,
And sometimes they make you fly into frantics.
Climbing high on everything they see,
And even getting stuck way up in a tree.
A cat’s life has never a dull minute
For all of the troubles he seems to get in it.
Knocking a flowerpot off the windowsill
May be fun for him, but for you not a thrill.
He looks so cute while washing his paws.
Come here you say, but he rarely answers your calls.
All cuddled up, he looks sweet in your arms.
Then off he flies, being tired of your charms.
