#173 CAMPING Read Count : 95

Category : Poems

Sub Category : N/A
A camping trip is planned all throughout the week.
To gather the gear to take we often have to seek.

The camper is cleaned, aired and everything packed tight.
We’re all so excited to leave and arrive there by the night.

Traffic seems to go so slow as up the mountain we climb.
And we are getting anxious now for our dinner time.

Then finally we arrive right up there at the top.
Getting all unpacked, we are so very glad to flop.

The tent is up and as the pegs are hammered in,
We holler out, Oh No! a shower is about to begin.

But rain is what is expected whenever we try to camp,
So we’ll let nothing stop us, not even being a little damp.
