Chapter 3: The baby

          "What are skewers?" I asked."A dangerous rat creature with a dagger at the end of it's tail." Searoen replied. We were now finished with lunch and we were going down a hallway.

          "You must depart in fifteen minutes." Searoen said."Cinders is now your phoenix." We were now in a place that the left wall and the roof were taken out. We strapped a bunch of bags of food and water to Cinders, along with a first-aid kit.

          The whole process took about ten minutes."What should I do on this quest?" I asked."Fly to the top of the highest mountain. There will be a cave. Slay the dragon and retrieve the Sword of Bane." Searoen said. He gave me a sword and me and Cinders were off.

          Halfway through the fields we were going to, I noticed something gold, I flew down and saw a baby skewer."Mammma!!!" It cried."Hey I'll help you. I said to the baby. We just walked a step, when a adult skewers jumped, ready to kill us.
