I rage in the cage of my body 
I scream and shout on the inside but
I am emotionless on the the out side
I tell myself you do it because if you don't you will be taken advantage of
My emotions used as weapons against my own body
I strive to move forward breaking through the barb wire of the world 
I know I have to be careful because If i am not the world will pick me up and smash me against its own foundation just like the many before me

great way to express feelings. you need to be more positive n stop thinking the world hurts you. Gaia protects and loves you. trust in her and let the heart open to accept her love and need for humanity to help her.
