I said goodbye to my daughter, Evelyn. I said goodbye to my ex-wife, Charlotte. I left now. I walked across the street away from my old family. My old life, into my new life. I looked back and saw Evelyn staring at me, with a tear down her face. I waved, she waved and went back inside the house. I continued walking. I arrived at my sisters house, Jordan. I knocked on her door, it took a couple minutes but she answered. One look and she shut the door. "Yo, Jordan!" I yelled out. Jordan came back to the door. "What do you want?" She asked angrily. "To say goodbye," I answered, "this'll be the last we'll see each other." I gave her a hug after she punched me in the stomach. I left, to see my brother and my mom. It was close to midnight when I arrived to their house. Our mom lives with my brother. I knocked on the door and waited. Two hours past and I began to walk down the drive way. As I met the sidewalk they drove up, my mom and brother, they looked at me. I waited for them to get out of the car. "You ok bro?" Asked Jay, "is it that time?" "Son..?" Asked my mom unsteady. A tear went down her cheek. I looked at both of them with a straight face, I nodded. Jay looked away, our mom started to cry. "I'm sorry Mom," I paused, "I love you. Bye." They both hugged me and waved me off, I waved back. They went inside, I went to my friends house. The final goodbye I'd say before I was finally on my own. By early morning, around four in the morning while he was leaving for work I arrived. He saw a glimpse of me in the corner of his eye. He turned around and smiled. "Dude." He said. "Hey." I answered back. I dug into my coat pocket and pulled out a bracelet. He looked at it, a tear ran down his cheek. He looked up and gave me a tight hug. I hugged him back and cried. "I'll miss you dude, be safe bro." He paused, "remember your family to me and us, call me anytime if you're in trouble." "I know, I will," I patted his back, "bye." I waved as I walked down his street. He waved as he drove the other way. I looked back at my past life. My final goodbyes, I'm now a wanted man, I continued down the rode into the orange and pink sunset.
