Oh dear Father of mankind,
Thank you for this glorious life of mine.

Blessed with children and with love,
What more could I ask for from above.

As our bodies are filled with the food we eat,
Fill us also with your love from head to feet.

Let us begin yet another great year
Without any sadness, but with much cheer.
