The glow of the moon at this later hour
Has given my mind a greater power.
Are we alone I say as I stare?
Could there be other people out there?
I sit and think as my mind wanders on,
Not sleeping, just resting until dawn.
I can’t imagine this world open wide.
Lost and alone in that big wide sky.
