What do you when you feel stuck in your head?
The harsh memories always creep up inside,
When will it end?
I try to think of all my happy times, but I'm trapped in the negatives instead
I surround myself with positive vibes,
Yet I never feel ahead
The depression takes over and I'm stuck in bed
Try to get up and I'm stuck in slow motion
Put some music on and crank it up
I rather push myself to do stuff 
I hate feeling so dead
Caught up in emotions
When will it stop?
