As the light fades,
The dark creeps upon me,
Encasing me within it's mist 
It's venom choking, choking
The poison seeping into my pores.

I gasp but cannot find air, 
My lungs steadily collapsing,
every breath becoming stale, 
Leaving me in torment. 

Then the poison stalls,
The poison escapes me,
I question it's trickery,
As it laughs maniacally, 
And starts it's cycle again.
