Thanks to an anonymous friend, I have found the courage to post my story. It all started when I was 5. I was physically abused by my step father, i had enough of it at age 10 so I hid some knives underneath my bed for self protection. When he found out my mother had kicked me out and I went to live with my biological father who in the span of 2 months broke 3 of my ribs. Then I went to foster care for a year, lived with my grandfather who meant the world to me, at age 14 grandfather had passed so I went to Mary Haven which is a drug rehab because I had no where else to go. Now I'm back in foster care and just turned 15 last month. This is not a pity party but instead a message for those who have been abused as well. You are not alone in this cruel world.
