Dear Lord,
Who gives grace, peace and understanding,
Although following his will is demanding.
He is there always right by our side,
Being our beacon and always our guide.

Dear Lord,
We are grateful for your sending your son
Who has given us hope with a battle won.
Your love has been given us so free
With the ultimate sacrifice given for me.

Dear Lord,
Put us to work in doing your will.
Don’t let us stand here and just be still.
We could never repay the debt we are in,
For a life time of work will not cover our sin.

Dear Lord,
Jesus alone has freed us from this sin,
And puts us in peace and harmony within.
For life is worth living; and we know when it’s past,
It’s our life in heaven with You that will last.
