Mother’s Day is a day set aside in which 
	to honor our Mothers. 
A day we will spend sharing with Mom 
	instead of spending it with others. 

Reminiscing of times of old with stories 
	Mom tells so well 
Makes the day more than pleasant, 
	but a day that is really swell. 

I remember being a little girl and 
	receiving my mother’s love, 
A Mother I soon became 
	with some help from above. 

The love keeps passing on from mother to mother, 
	and I receive a phone call; 
My daughter exclaims, “Mom, you’re going to be a 
	grandmother", the best Mother’s Day present of all.
