As I make my way through the night
So fluent with my steps
Trying not to stumble 
Hurring hurrying
Trying to run
I must get the hell out 
Before your darkness overtakes 
Blinding my eyes
Giving me no hope
I know your close 
The night almost dark 
Only a few minutes now
The darkness awaits
Almost there
Please God I pray
I don't want to fall 
Into the darkness
Let me awake at daylight tomorrow
I want to live another day
