#222 RAIN Read Count : 120

Category : Poems

Sub Category : N/A
We need some rain we say
As we look out at the sky.
Even if we do a dance,
The rain may pass us by.

The flowers, they are drooping,
And the grass is not so green.
If we don’t get some rains soon,
No greenery may be seen.

The sky is getting cloudy and,
Some dark clouds are starting to come up.
There is thunder in the distance,
But no rain has yet t erupt.

Then a crack of lightening
Brightens up the sky.
And soon the greenery is cooled down
That was just about to fry.
