One day, Jake and his sister, Kait were walking around their street in a trailer park, when they found what looked like an old Pepsi box. For some reason, there was also one that blew into their yard, too! They wanted to try it in their bicycles to see if they would sound like motorcycles. But when they went back to the house to get their bikes they were gone! Someone must've stolen them! They wanted to try something. They went to the Pepsi box again, then turned around and went back to the house. This time, their bikes were there, but their helmets were missing. They went to the Pepsi box once again, turned around and went back home. When they got home, everything was back! Then, the bicycles disappeared again! Then the helmets! Then the bikes came back, and the helmets landed right on their heads! They buckled them up, and walked over to their bikes. Just as they reached for the handlebars, the bikes disappeared once more! Both kids thought for a moment, then Jake shouted " this is magical!-" Then, Kait interrupted him, saying " well no duh!" Jake started back up saying " I mean, how could our bikes be disappearing, then our helmets?" Kait said " I don't know, but they are new, I don't think mom and dad threw away the receipt yet!" Jake said " Oh! Let's look at the receipts and see what they ordered!" Kait says " I was just about to say that, but OK!" The receipt was still on the counter. Phew! They looked at it. It read " Order: 2 magic teleporting bikes." Then, they looked at the boxes. They read " Instructions:lace the 2 teleporters where you want the bikes to teleport to. Turn them on, and every one and a half minutes, the teleporting bikes will teleport between portals! This item is great for pranks! That was why the bikes were teleporting between their yard and the end of second street! That was also why their parents had just put their bikes in the shed! So, they went to the shed, and grabbed their other bikes and helmets. They rode them down to the Pepsi box by third street. They took the cardboard from the box, put them between the back breaks and back wheels, and rode off. Their bikes sounded like weed Wacker's, not like they had hoped, but it still sounded cool! They rode to the house. When they got home, their mom opened the screen door. "Did we get you good?" she says. "Huh?" said the kids. "We bought those teleporting bikes, and tried our best to trick you with them, and want to know if it worked. Did it?" said mom. Both kids at the same time said "Yeah!" Mom said " did you notice the magical books that are in the Pepsi boxes? Those are what gives them the power of teleportation. If you guys want to keep the books, you can use them to teleport wherever you want with them!" Jake always wanted to teleport to the mailbox. He first teleported to the key, then to the mailbox. Then to the living room to drop the mail on the couch, then he teleported to put the key away. His mom told him that he had a limited amount of teleporting times left, and that it shows on the front. He had 1,982 times left that he could teleport with the book. Kait had 1,892 times left. They lived magically ever after. About the author: I love reading and writing, so I chose to write about this because it shows my love of books. My love of books is magical. It takes me to magical places.
